Responsibilities
The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for assisting with Infrastructure projects such as desktop application deployment, client-facing elements, hardware refreshes, network optimization, telecommunications and other infrastructure related projects. In this role you need to understand all the roles within the team and assist whenever necessary. The Sr Analyst not only performs project management tasks but should also have technical skills to assist in implementation and evaluation of solutions. Works under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple small projects
- Compiling status reports
- Develop and track project plan including scope/charter documents, detail design deliverables, risk assessments, schedules, quality assurance and budgets
- Deliver Milestones and project deliverables via Project Schedule
- As assigned, work effectively with outsourcing partners
- Contribute to the financial management for area of responsibility
- Travel time up to 25% expected
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Perform, document and assist in planning work activities relating to projects, sub-projects, or processes. For Projects: analyze requirements, design, build, and test IT software solutions in accordance with IT project management standards.
2. Assist in creation of documentation. Use best practices to improve services provided to I&O customers.
3. Maintain engagement with business and IT partners
4. Assist less experienced personnel.
5. Proactively build business/IT knowledge to provide solutions
6. Utilize best practices to improve products and services. Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the

Qualifications

Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree and typically 3 to 5 years experience in IT project development.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work with remote project teams
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- PMP certification (or plans to obtain)
