Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs activities relating to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating or supporting existing and planned IT products and processes under the general direction of more experienced personnel. Expands and applies knowledge of customer process to job activities. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (means principal, main, major or most important duties / accountabilities that the employee performs)

As directed, perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes and/or enhance, maintain or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements.2. Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge.3. Organize own activities for short term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status.4. Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training.5. Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilize best practices to improve products and servicesPOSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
* 4-year relevant degree.
* Typically 0-2 years experience in related experience in of technical specialtyThe Mobile Enterprise Application Analyst will be responsible for developing our mobile technology vision forward by designing and developing cutting edge tools, frameworks and applications; quickly develop and deploy modern mobile applications for internal users.
The Mobile Enterprise Application Analyst should understand leading application integration techniques to interface to backend applications through a modern services enabled architecture.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a basic understanding on how mobile applications are designed, developed, and deployed.
The Mobile Enterprise Application Analyst will collaborate with a diverse group of infrastructure and applications architects, quality analysts, user experience experts, application designers, developers and product managers to deliver robust mobile solutions that showcase our brand.- Understand the team support model
- Responsible for operational support of mobile device environments
- Experienced in navigating the mobile eco systems of Android (Google) and iOS (Apple) and how to utilize key industry frameworks and open source projects.
- Utilize the design and development guidelines which the mobile applications team will adhere to in order to provide standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging mobile technology trendso Appropriate Preferred Technical Skills
o REST/SOA, JavaScript MVC (Backbone/Angular), HTML5/CSS3 (Bootstrap or JQuery Mobile a plus), JQuery, Git, Agile/Lean (Methodology and tools), Objective-C (iOS) and/or Java (Android), PhoneGap/Cordova, SiteMinder/Layer7, OAuth2/SAML, UI/UX Experience, Prototyping experience (Balsamiq or similar), Continuous build tools, Analytics, Image Manipulation (Photoshop/GIMP)
o Non-technical skills preferred
o Demonstrated drive to innovate
o Side-project experience (shows a larger drive to learn outside of Exelon's walls)
